UNICO WEB INT. INV. Limited is an indigenous building and civil engineering construction company. Starting as a small 3-man organization carrying out minor renovation works, we have grown to become a national force in the diaspora and now navigating Nigerian construction industry. We undertake residential, commercial, and industrial engineering construction projects in different geopolitical zones of the country. We currently have a staff strength of 20, about half of which are direct industry professionals. The company retains quality delivery and clients’ satisfaction as its driving force, resulting in repeat clients. For over the years we have created value across various sectors, gaining grounds and contributing to national development. The company is responsible for other key aspects of project delivery. Our operations are guided by the highest safety and quality standards to ensure that our clients receive the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We have the commercial experience necessary to address technically challenging projects, combined with the attention to detail and high level of interior finishes required on any project we undertake.

The group is supporting us, in their various field, with their machineries, their know how and technical staffs
characterized with multidisciplinary competences that are also in the position to upgrade our local workers.
2. Arch. TAOREED ADEWALE ADENIJI, An Architect & Bim Specialist graduated at the university of Genoa, Italy, collaborated with important companies & studios in the field such as:
1. MORDACCI CONSTRUCTIONS, PARMA – ITALY ENRICO
2. CAVACCIOCCHI INTERIORS, GENOA – ITALY (now emigrated to Miami USA).
3. STUDIO GRATTAROLA – an architectural & urban design studio with numerous projects (residential buildings,malls, office buildings, tourists’ ports etc.) in and outside Italy.
At present a Senior Architect at G.E.M srl, Genoa city, A civil & naval architectural studio in Genoa-Italy (Research & Design for cruise ships).
